The wine is an archetypical Riesling, with a nose that offers aromas of peach oases, green and yellow apples, and flint. Due to the wine's production, you also get a sense of brioche and a bit of creaminess.

In the mouth, the wine is fresh and lively, where a fruity expression dominates the taste experience. It clearly has a lively but good acid structure that balances the slightly sweet finish in the mouth.

This is a fantastic wine for light dessert dishes such as pancakes or lemon tart. It's also worth trying with Asian dishes or ceviche.
